Exchange Policy

At Vitale Way, your satisfaction matters.
While we do not offer direct exchanges, we make it simple and smooth to receive the item you want.

This policy complies with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.


1. Do We Offer Exchanges?

We do not process item-for-item exchanges due to limited inventory and international fulfilment processes.

Instead, we offer a fast and flexible solution:

Return → Refund → Repurchase

This ensures:

  • you receive the correct size or colour faster

  • you don't wait for stock to return

  • you remain in full control of your order


2. How to Get a Different Size or Colour

  1. Request a return
    Email: vitaleway@gmail.com
    Include your order number and item details.

  2. Send the original item back
    The item must meet our Return Policy standards:

    • unworn

    • unwashed

    • in original condition

    • with tags attached

  3. Receive your refund
    Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

  4. Place a new order
    Simply reorder the desired size or colour.

This system is quicker, clearer and avoids delays caused by traditional exchange workflows.


3. When We Do Honour Exceptions

In rare cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund if the item received is:

  • faulty

  • damaged

  • incorrect

In these situations, we will send a new item at no additional cost once verification is completed (usually with photos).


4. Time Window for Exchange Requests

To qualify for a return-and-reorder exchange:

  • Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be in perfect, resaleable condition.

Requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.


5. Exchange Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • If the item is defective, we will cover or reimburse the return postage.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method for your peace of mind.


6. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

To protect hygiene and product quality, we cannot accept returns/exchanges for:

  • worn or washed items

  • items returned without original tags

  • items with damage, odour or stains

  • intimate apparel or accessories (if added in future)

  • returns made after 30 days


7. Processing Time

  • Return approval: 1–3 business days after inspection

  • Refund: 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

We cannot accelerate the timing of external payment providers.
