We want you to love your Vitale pieces.
If something isn’t quite right, returning is simple.

Returns

• You can return any item within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging.

• Returns are processed once the item is received back at our fulfilment centre.

Exchanges

• Need a different size or colour?
  Simply return your item and place a new order for faster processing.

Faulty or incorrect items

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos.

• We will resolve it quickly with a replacement or refund.

Return shipping

• For change-of-mind returns, customers cover the return postage.

• For faulty or incorrect items, we cover the cost.

Refunds

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

• Processing time is usually 5–10 business days.
